There are a great many events that celebrate women's health all over the United States, that occur every year. By-far, one of our favorites is the Perfect 10 Women's Race.
This race is a fun race -- not necessarily a competition -- in-which women get the chance to participate in their choice of either the 10 mile run, or 5k run. Each of these races is based in the promotion of women's health and exercise. Though the 10 mile run can sound daunting, it can be ran or walked at your own pace.
